Did you ever see scroll bars like this (one row with vertical and horizontal scroll bars)?
At first I thought it was related to your bug fixes, but it appears on all sites (steemit.com, steemitdev.com, steemit.moecki.online).

I have seen scroll bars like that one before. It seems to happen when somebody inserts a lot of text into a 'code' block - there's a '.Markdown code' style which appears to be introducing 'overflow: scroll'. It appears to be set in the markdown.scss stylesheet.
I'm not sure why it would be considered necessary though.
