SAVE US PEACE*
Save us peace,
Save us peace,
Conflict has come to enslave the whole world,
Rebel canker activity is now the business of the day,
There’s no more mind to think and work but to run for dear lives,
What did no happen in Liberia 🇱🇷 , Somalia 🇸🇴 , Lesotho 🇱🇸 , Burundi 🇧🇮 , Angola 🇦🇴 and the Democratic Republic of Congo.?
Several people are been killed in these countries especially women and children,
Several millions of money are been spent which could have been used to provide quality education, health services, infrastructure and poverty alleviation.
Save us peace because the best way to live to develop a nation is to live in an atmosphere of peace ☮️.
When I was thought this poem about 10years ago in my primary 5 I was forced to memorize it and I’ve also recited it publicly in many big occasions which had a lot of attention from the audience.
It’s very sad with how wars and killings has been happening in Africa.
We need peace
We need to be United
We need togetherness.
