I did this tattoo about 2 months ago.

The client was amazing. She was very open to me having some fun with the design based off the ideas that she presented to me. I had alot of fun putting the design together, I dont have the original picture anymore because I normally offer it to the clients since it will never be tattooed on someone else. I hate tattoo artist that repeat the same tattoos based on another clients tattoo. Its not hard to change it up and be creative with it. The tattoo took about 4 hours with breaks and the client sat like a boss too. Its on the upper thigh area, above the knee centered.

So, I used some different line weights to make sure the design holds up over the years. Its really important to have solid lining in most tattoos as this is the foundation of a good tattoo that will test time. I used Eternal Ink for the color. The green eye was a great idea from one of my co-workers, I was a little skeptical of the green but, it worked out better then I thought it would. Theres a healthy balance of color and black and white in this piece and its one of my favorite that Ive done so far this year.
