Unknown Bacterial Infections In Africa, coronavirus is among the growing fears of another epidemic

06.02.2021

The coronavirus is on the rise again amid fears of a new strain of bacteria. Scientists have found another bacterium, like the corona virus epidemic, in Sierra Leone, a country on the west coast of Africa, that could trigger another epidemic.

The bacterium has so far only been found in chimpanzees, and many chimpanzees have been infected, scientists said. However, infected bacteria can spread to humans, experts said.

Doctors became suspicious after several chimpanzees from Sierra Leone in Africa died together, and then they found out that many chimpanzees had died together due to an unknown bacterium.

Chimpanzees also have obvious intestinal problems and signs of nervous system problems. Experts claim that chimpanzees have died before in this part of Africa due to unknown bacteria, but never before.

However, there is a question among the general public about these bacteria, whether the bacteria in the body of the chimpanzee can also be infected in the human body? Experts say that since the genes in humans and chimpanzees are about 98% the same, it is not at all possible for these unknown bacteria to subdue humans. So now experts have already made all health workers and doctors aware of this bacterium.

What are the possible causes of this unknown bacterial infection? According to doctors, chimpanzees were first diagnosed with neurological problems. Then came diarrhea and digestive problems. As a result, doctors have speculated that chimpanzees may have died of diarrhea.

It is learned that an international research team has already reached the area called Sierra Leone in Africa. Arriving there, they speculated that it was caused by a bacterium belonging to the genus Sarsina. Researchers say that some of these Sarsina bacteria can become deadly. As a result, researchers believe that this unknown bacterium is just like that.
