Today we discussed about vegetable. We are going to talk about the eggplant. It is a seasonal vegetable. We can call out many names like Brinjal, Eggplant, Aubergine etc.
I am going to share with you guys some imperssive benefits of consuming Brinjal.
It is very good for diabetics patients. Brinjal have very low calories and very good for wight loss. Eggplant is also very good source of fiber. Fiber is also help to reduce fat and help to maintain weight. We can cook this vegetable easily.
