Criticism
Commentary, a reaction, or review when it comes down to it, it's all the same. In #wewrite, we've been working on providing comments for the past week.
That takes some getting used to, especially when there are some rules that a comment "must" meet. This does not mean that the given criteria must be followed step by step, but that they can be found somewhere in a running text.
The question asked? A question is good for getting a reaction, although this certainly does not always work. I have noticed this after hours of writing comments. Some people simply do not feel like investing time in someone and answer a long comment with You are here in... so speak our language.
You are very welcome I replied to this man and I have not gone back (and I will avoid that account like the plague from now on).
Now that I am talking about criticism, I would like to get something off my chest.
I already talked about it with a friend, my son, and a few loved ones on Steemit. Yes, I am super happy that you are all doing so well and you have worked hard so keep it up but..._ indeed there is always a but_... this does not apply to me.
Maybe I worked too hard and wanted too much or did not want to see that with my behavior I am back in the same situation as before, the time that I gave every Steem to others and spent hours reading and upvoting those who will never read, comment or upvote me.
Anyone who looks at my figures (see steemworld.org) will see that I hardly earn from all those upvotes that I give with two accounts and two communities. Today I have decided that I will no longer do this. If I am worth 1% of 0% then it's time to ask myself: Why am I investing hours per day/night upvoting? What am doing?
Given that I stopped participating in SEC competitions a long time ago and have proven my loyalty to Steemit by working unpaid overtime, I say here: This is enough.
CSI
I've said it before, is a sham for many. The value can easily be increased by giving 1% to as many different accounts as possible. Sorry, but I'm not going to do it and I don't believe that this shows commitment. The "generous voter" certainly didn't read what he voted for, let alone take the trouble to translate the text.
(Strange, isn't it, I do that and in my case, I have to do it by copying the text and pasting it into Google Translate, how crazy do you have to be, right?)
Couches
At the moment I'm still waiting for the couch, I should say couches, and with a bit of luck they will be delivered tomorrow. The house is empty so I'm going to spend the night catching up on overdue work and if there's time left before team "True Colors" starts then I'll sleep a little longer.
Cats
I wish everyone a nice Saturday (Steemit once had #caturday, does anyone remember that?)
To answer the question of @ibesso who believes I'm a cat idol... I also have a cat allergy and so does my son so he is now happily sniffling and sneezing in the house while he is carrying around the cat which is still not 100% healthy. I believe that's what they call love?
By the way, I have also personally experienced that when you come into contact with allergens you can indeed build up a stronger immune system. If we would live in a sterile environment, this would also mean that we could no longer set foot outside because everything makes us sick.).
Clannad
To start the weekend I am sharing Clannad.
Enjoy, close your eyes (don't let screens cause you eye infections) relax, and do not let Steemit drive you crazy. Soon it will be winter Europe, enjoy the good weather as long as you can.
Expectations are a great source of stress. We make some effort the results are not under our control ultimately. Love you.
Thank you for the music. Vedic culture is so rich and colorful. Here's one I really like...

Even without expectation, stress can pop up like Jack in the box. Thank you for sharing this song, it's good for the mind and soul. I'll save it for the winter in bed or on the couch if it arrives.
A big hug for you and loads of love!

The song reminded me of The Pogues and The Dubliners.
Btw. how do you increase the upvote amount? Do I have to make a manual transaction? Sorry for the stupid question.

It is not stupid to ask!
The upvote amount increases if you power up.
So the more Steem in your wallet the higher the upvote is you can give but.. It also depends on who you upvote.
If you give 50% to a club100 steemian he should receive more than a club5050.
I also believe that the level + amount SP plays a role. Next to that I noticed if you vote on posts of 6 dsys old the received amount is higher as well.
Even if you have 0 with a SP of 100% it can be you give 0.01 or more to a high level (lot in the wallet?) account.

In the circle you see your VP (voting power)
Your CSI is? So start upvoting till your vp is 80 or 90.
A vote at 100 counts more than one at 81 as well.
You can power up with steem you earned or if you buy.
Sorry, for answering late and I love the music you shared. Thank you.

Feeling a little blocked. I've been trying to write a crime story and got lost in the soup, so to speak. You know, drawing lots of mind maps and doing everything else but actually writing. Currently I'm browsing actors for some imaginary casting call, do anchor that kind of phantasy with some familiar faces.
Take a break with some Moondog!

you can always write that crime story.. or just write a story and say a crime happened and it's up to reader to figure it out where, when and why.
Moondog is a good one, thanks.

The word effort is good but trying to do it more that your energy. It will destroy your mental health.
Necessity of everything is bad
You should give the best time to your family. You have right to do amuse your self.
Keep yourself at first otherwise people will keep you last
It's nice that you support others. But keep supporting to those who don't care. Force yourself to stop working over nights. Relax take a deep breath.
Remember that if you run for others destiny will not chase you. They snatch away because you run for them not for yourself.
ALLAH will bless you. He sees how you work hard. HE will never make you loss if you did a single deed in sake of HIM.
