In some point of life we all make primises regardless if they are to ourself or to others, the thing is that we should really think about it for a moment becouse if we promise something it means that we will do that 100%
and if we are not sure if we can do that even if we are sure there could be something unexpected happening right now that will break our promise that is why we DONT promise anything to anyone becouse a broken promise means you are not trustworthy and that can really ruin your reputation. So make sure your yes is yes and your no is no and people will trust you if you keep to that.
