Recipe of Soybeans Smoothie
Soybeans smoothie is used as a protein shake in most of the parts of India. Smoothies are great to kick start the day!
Ingredients
- Soy Beans - Half Cup
- Banana - One
- Almonds and Cashews - 15 each
- Dates - 3
- Water - 2 cups
Method of making Soybean Smoothie
- Soak the half cup soybeans in the 2 cup water for about 10 hours/overnight.
- Strain it and remove the soybean skin.
- Add soybean and 2 more cup of water to the pressure cooker, pressure cook it for 2 whistles.
- Wash and rinse the cooked soybeans, so that the remaining skin releases by itself.
- Add cooked soybeans and all the ingredients together to the mixer grinder (Do not forget to add 2 cup water).
- Blend it for 30 seconds.
