At some point, the ruler's illustrious elephant was brushing about the hill of roughage and food, when it heard a ravenous bark.

It was a canine who was eating the extra food from the mahout's plate. The elephant manager was no place to be seen.

As the regal elephant was without help from anyone else in the shed consistently, he wouldn't fret the canine stopping by to eat or have a rest.

Before long, they turned out to be old buddies and would mess around. Indeed, even the mahout wouldn't fret.

At some point, a rancher passing by saw the canine and inquired as to whether he could take the canine.

The mahout promptly concurred and parted with the canine.

Before long, the imperial elephant quit eating, drinking water, or in any event, moving. It didn't move out of its shed.

On one such day, the ruler came to meet his elephant and called upon the illustrious specialist to really take a look at his elephant.

The illustrious specialist inspected the elephant and said:" Your highness, the imperial elephant is actually fine, yet looks miserable as though it has lost a companion!"

The lord quickly inquired as to whether anything had happened already.

"Goodness, there was a canine who used to be here. I offered it to the rancher!" answered the mahout.

The ruler promptly sent one of his gatekeepers with the mahout to bring back the canine.

When the canine was brought to the shed, the elephant sat up to see his little companion and bested joyfully.

Since that day the elephant and the canine stayed indistinguishable!
