You should learn to say no, to simply do the things you love, to hang out with the people you like, and to be in places for yourself and not for kindness, only then can you focus your time on your personal development and on honest foundations. When we understand the way habits function, and we can see that from books written by experts in the field of neurolinguistic programming, then we have a great basis for development and upgrading. Become a man of habits, build your character on the value system and leadership habits, that's the path that will always take you to the top.
