Today, interest is the number one driver of all relationships and business, interest in itself is not bad, it is bad when someone thinks only about his interest in which others do not exist. When we know that most people are greedy and are ready to do anything for money, then we need to find a way to pass between manipulations and preserve credibility, this is the way we can develop personal success and brand in the long term. It is wisdom to know that visionaries always invest in the next step, they know how to create greater value, leaders know how to progress and therefore they will ensure that others realize their personal interests. Many times we are disappointed because we listened to lies, because we were deceived because others did not do what they promised, that should be an example for us to become better than them and to develop our character and habits as leaders. Danger and risks are always present, every business has its gambling parts, its difficult moments when difficult decisions need to be made, and yet we need to go through everything and be clean, that is the greatest virtue.
Your decisions and the way you go through life's obstacles should teach you to become stronger, better, wiser, that is the path that can make you a great leader.
