In nature we have wonderful examples of perfection and especially of plants that should serve for our life to be transformed into positive following their teachings, of all of them today I want to talk about the lotus flower. This beautiful flower is born in a plant whose life develops in the swamps, it is the plant itself. Among its outstanding characteristics is the power to purify everything around it, nourishing itself with what in those waters would mean death by poisoning for other species of plants and animals and yet it takes advantage of the nutrients extracting from its environment the best for its own survival.

To be like the lotus is to always seek to take the best from the place where we were born and live, it is to have the possibility to grow in the midst of the worst circumstances and still shine with a spirit and inner strength capable of making all the bad become the best for us and for those around us. The lotus is also synonymous with harmony, inner beauty, light and the power of transformation.

Every aspect of our life following the teachings of the lotus is reflected in the changes always in positive where we do not let ourselves be influenced by negative actions that surround us, to be like the lotus is to have a life in full awareness that there are bad circumstances that we can go through events that displease us but that our essence must remain intact. To be like the lotus is to believe in ourselves, is to bring out that inner motivation to be better for our life and especially is to demonstrate that it is not the circumstances that determine what we are today and always is our spirit and our life force that makes us great.
