People throughout our lives make decisions based on what we can do and what we want to do. Within the power to do we include those actions that we execute based on that which corresponds to us as an assumed responsibility, especially from the personal and family point of view. Wanting to do is another part of our life history because wanting is intimately tied to that which comes from within us in the form of desires and wishes.

Being able to do and wanting to do are rarely in tune with each other, hence we hear people say I want to do one thing or another but I can do this one. However, in an intelligent way our emotional self channels the energy so that everything is possible, hence the will gives us the power to do. I am one of those people who believe that as long as our actions are guided by our tastes and desires, that is to say, by what we feel is good for ourselves, without affecting the people around us, we can do anything we propose.

Finding the balance between wanting to do and being able to do is fundamental because this harmonious status between the two allows us to focus our lives on actions that positively transform our existence. How many times have we limited ourselves from doing something we like or feel interested in because we believe we cannot do it? Perhaps more than we would like to, hence the desire is assumed as the potential force (in the sense of being the engine that drives us to actions) that facilitates the path of execution of each of the steps to follow to achieve success.
