Letting go is to assume that not everything depends on my actions, that certainly everything starts and ends in us but there are also external factors that sometimes come to change everything and end our plans and we must then rethink everything and even make use of resilience to move forward. To let go is to understand that I am a human being who can make mistakes, that I am not infallible and that I must be prepared for things that sometimes happen and affect my whole existence in the blink of an eye. To let go is to feel peace and calm in the face of the storms that rage against my life. To let go is to continue on the path and to strive to move forward in spite of the circumstances. To let go is to free yourself from the heavy and unnecessary burden that sometimes anchors us or even worse, puts us face down to the ground. To let go is to open your wings to take your feet off the ground.

Now, letting go implies flowing, because flowing is the way in which we continue with our life in a harmonic way without ties or heavy burdens. To flow is to learn to transform situations in our favor, it is to see the positive within the bad that can happen to us. To flow is to learn, to be light in the midst of darkness. To flow is to let our life align again with the universe and let everything we do find its place in this here and now. When we focus on flowing we leave outside of us all that stops us, even fears, sadness and negative feelings that can make our existence anchored in one place.
