Every day it seems that depression and sadness take over people and the world in general. Humanity insists on destroying, damaging and causing pain just for pleasure, bad news are the ones that receive more likes in the networks and are the ones that cause more damage. Today there are thousands of people who bet on war, there are too many who believe that the only way to solve problems is violence. How many people live submerged in the stress and anguish of having a life without meaning. To all those who believe or think that their life is dark, sad and desolate; I say to you all "we are energy, we are all light."

Each one of us has within us the creative power, that vital force of being the energy that makes everything around us light up and work. Each person holds within them a cosmic treasure that allows them to be one with the universe and vibrate in the right tune. Those who have turned off or feel that they are walking in the dark are those who unfortunately have lost themselves in their own search for happiness that is only within ourselves. No one should be in darkness when they possess enough energy to shine as brightly as the sun itself, but negative actions only extinguish that which should always shine.

We should all shine, we should all go around the world giving only the best of ourselves, keeping away evil, cruelty and sadness, we should all keep away from the world pain and darkness because together we would shine even more and that can only be achieved when we practice the philosophy of love. We are energy when we do good deeds for others without expecting anything in return, when we are able to forgive and follow our path in peace. We are energy and light when we make others shine and be happy. We are energy and light when we are able to give life and build wonderful things that will last even after we leave this earthly life.
