Mobile training unit II (MTU II)
A total of 60 students from the State 5 Lhokseumawe Vocational High School (SMK) participated in the Mobile Training Unit (MTU) training program organized by the Aceh Education Office.
MTU II which is engaged in information technology, communication electronics by presenting a counter truck which contains practical tools.
The Mobile Training Unit (MTU) is specifically designed to assist vocational high school students by providing facilities and infrastructure for developing skills and skills as well as providing employment promotion services as an effort to assist infrastructure and housing development as well as Aceh's economic empowerment.
We are all very grateful to be able to meet again in the MTU mobile training event which is carried out every year by the Aceh Education Office. Through this training activity, it is hoped that it can function as a company career link to help students, making it easier to get jobs that match their skills and abilities and help those who have the best values to join leading companies or industries in the regional and international regions,
He also added, "During the current covid-19 pandemic, we continue to strive to carry out the learning process by implementing health protection measures, including implementing an odd-even system for students who study at school, providing hand washing facilities equipped with hand sanitizers, and also not forgetting to continue wearing a mask.
SMK Negeri 5 Lhokseumawe has produced many outstanding graduates by participating in the Mobile Training Unit (MTU), the best graduates from MTU collaborate with companies such as, Axio and Innovam which later the best students will attend training abroad such as Malaysia and the Netherlands.
With this activity, students can increase the percentage of convenience in obtaining relevant workers according to the needs of the business world and the industrial world. In addition, it can also increase the percentage of talented workers in productive age and can prepare reliable human resources, especially for students graduating from SMKN 5 Lhokseumawe.
The students were also given clothes for practice, bags, and textbooks, they were also very enthusiastic to take part in this activity because during the current pandemic the students were looking forward to activities that could make them feel more active in learning
