Inspired me to share my cooking recipe for today in @steemschools. Which featured one the native recipe in the philippines, kinilaw na talbos ng kamote or sweet potato tops salad.
Actually, many of the filipinos love this food its because it is so delicious and also gives benefits to the body it is purely vegetables.
So for the start of my recipe, these are the basic ingredients:
• talbos ng kamote
• onion
• vinegar
• salt
• umami seasoning
• glass of water
And demonstration on how to prepare:
• wash the talbos ng kamote thoroughly
• cut the talbos ng kamote leaves
And these are my demonstration on how to cook:
1)put the 1/8 kilo talbos ng kamote or sweet potato tops in a pot.
2)put 2 glass of water and fired.
3)boiled it within 5 minutes to make it soft.
4)remove it immediately so that it will not overcook and put it on a bowl.
5)add the salt and the umami seasoning.
6)put the sliced onion.
7)add the 1/8 cup vinegar.
8)mix it thoroughly.
9)done and ready to serve.
So lets eat and enjoy.
According to the study "kinilaw na talbos ng kamote" will add hemoglobin to the body. If you had low hemoglobin just try my recipe.
