Yesterday morning, I went with my family to a private bakery where there are only three real types of burek.
With meat and onion, homemade cheese, cheese with wishes.

With chesse and wishes
The master of burek his name is Bogdan, he is from Macedonia.
He is a very famous master in stretching burek crusts and many ask him to make bureks for them.
In Serbia, he often travels around the cities, goes to Macedonia and Slovenia to stretch the crusts for bureks and pies.
He is such a good craftsman that he bakes bureks only at 7 am, 8 am and 9 am and everything that is baked is already sold, there is no time to cool down, he makes to order. You call him on the phone and say which burek you would like and he tells you at what time to come for him.
I bought a piece of burek and one yogurt for my family and me. Burek and yogurt go well together, as a winning combination.
I asked the master baker to tell me how he makes crusts and bureks. He didn't tell me the recipe for the crust, but he showed me the lard he uses, it's white as snow, he showed me cheese that can't be bought in a store or a green market, but is made in a special way and procured from the host who makes it.
He didn't tell me anything more than that, so, unfortunately, I can't write you a recipe and I would really like him to make the same burek himself. I will probably never make that burek because the masters of their craft do not reveal their secrets.
