Hi Everyone! I hope all of you will be fine ☺️.Here i am going to share my vegetarian dish with all of you . vegetable are good source of protein, carbohydrates and vitamins . We have to eat fresh vegetables for good health. I only eat vegetables 😋 because I am also a pure vegetarian.I am going to share Pea Potato Kofta's recipe.
Pea Potato Kofta's
Ingredients
- Potatos
- Pea
- Onions
- Green chili
- Tomato
- Coriander
- Red chili
- Salt
- Termeric powder
- Cumin
- Yogurt
- Gram flour
- Cooking oil
- Garlic
- Ginger
Preparation for gravy
First we chopped green chilli , onion,tomatos and corianders.
On the flame.
Put the pan on flame add oil and chopped onions in pan and fry for 5 minutes
Then wo add garlic ginger paste and fry it for 3 to 4 minutes
Now we add green chilli , red chill, salt, termeric powder and cumins and fry them
After fry all ingredients wo add tomatos which makes gravy thick
Now we put the lid on pan for 5 t0 7 minutes then we add yogurt.
Completely fry all the ingredients
Now add water and put lid on the pan for 30 minutes on slow flame .
Now its time to ready our kofta's
Take potatoes and pea wash them and boil them for 15 minutes
Add hafl teaspoon salt on pea while boilong
Now chopped the onion , chili ,and coriander.
After boiling pea and potatoes mash them and add all ingredients salt ,red chili,termeric powder,cumins,green chili,onions and coriander mix them well and make balls/ kofta's
Now we mix salt one pinch , gram flour 3 teaspoon , one fourth of teaspoon cumins and water to make thick paste and dip ty ball/kofta's one by one in the paste.
Then we fry all of the kofta' s in a pan
After frying all kofta's we put them in a dish
and check our gravy.
Now we add all koftas in gravy and spread the coriander on them .
Cover it with lid and off the flame.
Pea potato kofta's are ready we can enjoy it with bread 😋😋😋😋
