Hope you all are doing great? Today I present to you my breakfast. Fried Plantain with fried egg beside it. Plantains are nutritionally very similar to a potato, calorie-wise, but contain more of certain vitamins and minerals. They're a rich source of fiber, vitamins A, C, and B-6, and the minerals magnesium and potassium.
While the protein in eggs helps maintain and repair body tissues, including muscle. Brain health: Eggs contain vitamins and minerals that are necessary for the brain and the nervous system to function effectively. Energy production: Eggs contain all the nutrients that the body needs to produce energy.
