This easy and quick raw mango popsicle shared by Parul Gupta on her YouTube channel 'Cook With Parul' is one of those summer recipes that anyone can make at home. Popsicles can be made from many fresh summer fruits, they are easy to make, don't require any pre-preparation or lengthy ingredient lists. Don't have raw mango in the house? Don't bother. Use your favorite raw mango candy to make this easy treat. Here's how you can make raw mango candy popsicles at home with the most basic ingredients and tools.
Parul has prepared raw mango candy popsicle with the help of many raw mango candies available in the market and you can make it too. Take your favorite candy and grind it coarsely. Put water in a vessel and let it come to a boil. Add crushed candy powder and some lemon juice, sugar and salt for that perfect sweet and savory taste. Keep stirring and mix all the ingredients together. Lastly add a pinch of chaat masala and take it off the flame.
You can use a kulfi mould, a small paper cup or any similar utensil to make these popsicles. Pour liquid into them and cover with foil paper, this ensures that the popsicle freezes evenly and also helps to stabilize the stick in one spot. Freeze for at least 4-5 hours and it is ready to eat.
