I am happy to be back once again and thanks to @rich9090 for the invitation. Seeing the title alone, I didn't hesitate to look back but to jump on this contest. Just as the family implies, the role of a family owner is to maintain family bonding and I asked myself, where I was when this contest was published but I came to realized I was in @steemit-family.

The roles of family owners are numerous but I will try to be brief and precise with my highlight. Don't get it twisted when it comes to family issues because problems will never finish in this life.

Roles Of Family Owner To Maintain Family Bonding

Engagement; First, nobody prays to be born into a poor family but most times destiny decides for us. In the family you find yourself in today, there was already someone that stood as Landlord before you came into the picture, so is the responsibility of the family owner to carry everyone along especially in the aspect of the engagement. Assigning a role to the children in the family will tell each person their stand in the family.
Problem Shares; Nobody is an island and the main purpose of marriage is to share in another party's burden. The family owner can not carry the cross alone, he is permitted to share problems that arise instead of transferring them to the family members. We all know that every day is not Christmas, so in terms of difficulties, he/she is to relate to the family members in terms of the latest developments and this alone shows maturity and how issues can be handled in a simple term.
Eating Meal Together; This activity alone prompts family bonding. Train up a child in the way of the Lord, that when he grows up, he will not depart from it. In this aspect, it is the sole aim of the family owner to enjoy the family enjoy a meal together even when it is little, some family gets satisfaction when they est together. Sharing in family meal brings about love and trust and children happens to grow up with.

Conclusion
The idea thing here is for the family owner to provide for the family but despite in pursuit of the family daily bread, once that bond is broken, it always takes time to heal again. @Steemit-family stands as family owner in this group, I believe they should carry its members along as we also await @steemitblog to show us the way and God to supply our daily needs according to His riches in glory.
