Today i am going to share the easiest recipe of fried chicken for those who love fried chicken but are tired of the mainstream kfc style fried chicken
This is my own recipe and i love my fried chicken not loaded with crumbs.
Lets move to the recipe
Ingredients :
1 whole chicken
Ginger :
Garlic : 5 cloves
Red onion : half)
Paprika : 1 tea spoon
Tandoori masala : 1 tablespoon
Turmeric : 1 tea spoon
Chickpea flour : 2 table spoon
First clean your chicken and cut into pieces.
Put all the ingredients in blender and blend it out
Add the paste to the chicken
Add tandoori masala to the chicken
Add chickpea powder to the paste now.
Let it marinade for half an hour
Heat the oil now in a pan
When the oil is heated, add chicken to the oil piece by piece
Make sure that you keep the heat low
Let the chicken fry from 3 to 5 minutes on both sides
Serve it with ketchup or salsa
