Greetings To Every #Steemit Promoter.

Firstly, I congratulate and thank every #Steemit promoter that have been ensuring that #Steemit becomes great in promoting #steemit in their various ways through social media, one on one conversation, trying as much as possible to promote steemit, by bringing new active users.

For the sake of this contest, I tagged many friends on Facebook by following the Facebook link provided by @julstamban and I am so happy that I had positive response from most of them, I also appreciate the fact that this contest runs through 30 days, this is because of my academics activities, I have to finish my seminar works before the time given for submission and also the stress of attending all lectures at the same time, I barely find time to do other things, I am seizing this little time to report my progress for this contest to this #PromoSteem community.

I used the Facebook link provided to tag friends on facebook, telling them about #steemit, I tagging some persons but ended up registering three newbies, which two have successfully completed their achievement 1 and one is yet to. I had to convince them, give them reasons to join, I went to the extent of give out my phone number to them to call me on phone in case they have challenges in registration, when they have accepted to join, I shared the link for registration to them.
I am blushing that three persons from the persons I tagged has successfully signed up #Steemit and I guided them in writing their achievement1.

Convincing people to join any online platform is never easy because of to many scammers coming up with fake online platforms that makes promise that they can never keep but I just have to kept pushing, I tried my best, some people gave me their listening ears and subscribed while some will totally ignored as a result of their past experiences with fake online platforms that got them scammed.

• The first I chatted up was @thonia she read about the briefing about #Steemit post by @julstamban and he asked questions on what #Steemit is a about, I explained to her in details, based on her past experience about scammers, she was trying to be careful, I convinced her that joining attempt is free as charge and she shouldn't be afraid of scammers, she found it interesting, she decided to join, which I sent her the link for registration. The same day she gave me a feedback on how he has successfully registered with the username @thonia

• The second person was @blarkfavor she was interested to know more about what #steemit despite the fact that she was trying to be careful of scammers, after reading through the post made by @julstamban on facebook, she questioned me on what #Steemit is all about and on how he can benefit and I told her about Steemit , she had never heard of #Steem, so I made reference to cryptocurrency like bitcoin as an example and promised to guide her on how to use #Steemit. Through phone call I further made her understand how she can benefit in two ways by posting quality content that is free from plagiarism and get upvoted by curators, and how he can curate other people as a witness and also get rewarded in SBD, #steem and Trons. She was interested to join and I sent her the link for registration and also my phone number in case she is having difficulties in registration so she can call me on phone.

• My third person that joined after I tagged her on Facebook in the post made by @julstamban was @elly-c she is my course mate, she has interest in joining #steemit but she wanted to confirm if #Steemit is legit, she also asked on how #Steemit works, I went into detail to explain how #Steemit works and how she can post quality content and get curated as reward in SBD, #Steem and #Trons. She accepted to give it a trial, I sent her the link for registration and my phone number incase she is having any difficulties in registration, she successfully registered with a username @elly-c

In conclusion

I had adviced all the newbies that registered through me to read the#Steemit Frequently Asked Questions for more clarification about #steemit.

More importantly I have also briefed them on how to avoid plagiarism and I also told them the consequences behind losing their passwords that is not recoverable.
