Hello good evening everyone. I’m glad to participate in this great contest. I’m really happy for the direction leaders are really taken up steem to. Since steem is a medium of exchange it must indeed reach the business world. We must preached and spread the news about steem so it becomes an acceptable medium in our business world.
This is the more reasons I thank @nattybongo and #steem-promo community for coming up with this contest just to see steem reach the utmost level.

In my quest to promote steem to the business world. I had the chance to share steem and crypto currency’s to a friend who is into the importation of cars and other things from Canada.

I first of all asked him how he managed to send monies to the seller in Canada. And he said he sent it through banks which serves as a third party and the charges are too high.? I then realized he was using the centralized system.
Then I went ahead and asked him what if you are to use a system where there will no third party will involve(decentralized system), just you and the seller and a low fees.
Crypto currency is really helping a lot of businesses around the world and it’s very safe as well.

I took this opportunity to explain cryptocurrency to him and did stressed much more on steem.
He asked about steem and how he can earn steem to do his business.
I did explained to him, we earned steem by becoming a member of Steemit platform, you can earn from the platform for just posting content or better still investing in steem just as we invest in bitcoins and other coins.
He was much happy to hear about steem and how the world is changing in terms of technology.

He promised to talk to the guy he is doing the business with in Canada so they can inculcate steem into the business. And also explain this medium of payment to his client so they can also hear something about steem and crypto in genera. This will really bring relief to him and his customers as well.
