Hello everyone, I am happy to participate in this amazing contest organised by @shkhan in Promosteem community, I have participated in promotion this 2021 and i want to share with you my experience in promotion before club5050, 75, 100 was introduced to us on steemit.

Before clubs was introduced

Since I joined steemit I have been promoting steam it to friends family's neighbours business partners and many have joined steemit and they are active till now. one thing is that sharing steemit opportunity with people gives me joy since I know that it is an opportunity that can help them so I also learn about power up on steemit so when I recruit them I will also teach them how to do power off explaining to them that when they do power up they will earn more , I will encourage them to withdraw it and see if it's real they will end up withdrawing all the steem , they will not have anyone to power up but with time as they're in the power up again and start powering up from time to time before club 50/50 many of my recruits do not have enough steam power in their wallet because they are cashing out I on my part spend any how because I can cash out all, let's say I have hundred steem I can decide to cash out all the hundred still without saving any so my service was small the time I put in promoting Steemit was also small since it does not have referral bonus even though I was promoting but it was not the way I am promoting it now.my reputation was 65 and I was getting vote.

Now that we have the clubs, 5050, 75, 100

Before the introduction of the clubs club 50/50 + 75 club 100 my reputation was 65 and I don't have set aside steem to power up weekly or monthly I power up steam whenever I wish I think I don't have much need then I will do power up. since the introduction of club 75 at the early stage I did not understand what the club is and what's the purpose of it and why I need the club even though I love power up, but not to the point I love it now, I know that power up is good and I've been powering up I do participate on weekly power up done by Steemkids community every Sunday, I also participate in power up contents in other communities like I have participated twice in SPUD4STEEM power up but still the understanding of why I was powering up then was quite different from what I know now why I should power up so from October till now my reputation have moved from 65 to 67 this clubs has helped me to know the importance of supporting one another on steemit platform supporting one another,

I now understand why all accounts should have steam power why all account should have steam power so now my promotion has changed when I recruit new person now I will teach the person club 50 50 75 and 100 the person starts powering up his or her steem from the first week of Joining steemit . from first week as I train them teach them what steem power is, they come to love steem power because they understand what steem power is and read to build their steem power, all this is because of #club5050, 75 and club100,. Now I know that if i keep maintaining my club status i will get more vote and I have to work hard to move to #club75.

Conclusion

The introduction of clubs have helped many join #dolphin club within this short period, many people wallet are breathing steem power now i have the believe that many Steemians will become Ocra very soon because of club50, 75 and 100
