As a country representative, a promoter and a greeter i get a lot of questions from steemians both old and new members alike and most of these questions tend to be centered around promoting steem to others, helping them signup and getting support in terms of writing posts.

So as to help members who may also be having these questions but are yet to approach any leader about them i have decided to answer them here so as to help we all. And so without wasting much time let's get right into it.

Who Can Promote Steem? Is it only Designated Promoters or Members of Promosteem?

Steemit is for all and as promoters we seek out investors on a daily basis to add to the blockchain. As to who can promote steem the answer is that we all can do that, it is not work or assignment of any one person whether you be a labelled member of promosteem or not, you have the right to tell another about steemit, most importantly focus on getting investors who would add value to the blockchain. But been a member of promosteem would be a bonus in bringing your promotional works to light, so yes you can join us.

How do i become a member of promosteem

The answer to this is very simple and can be found in the the post here however for convenience sake i am going to give the main points here.

Becoming a member of promosteem requires you to delegate to our main account @promosteem.com in addition we want to see you power up. This is an indication that you are keen on investing back on to the blockchain and that you will be on the look out to getting people who would add value to the blockchain.

Please find below the membership requirement;

Membership label with a powerup level 1

• A Minimum Delegation of 50sp to @promosteem.com
• And a Minimum Power-up of 100sp

Membership label with a powerup level 2

• A Minimum Delegation of 100sp to @promosteem.com
• And a Minimum Power-up of 500sp

Membership label with a powerup level 3

• A Minimum Delegation of 250sp to @promosteem.com
• And a Minimum Power-up of 2500sp

You may inform a promoter if you believe you have attained a settle level and may not have received the necessary lable yet. Do know that getting a label may also just put you in good graces with curators.

Is Steem Promo only Done through Promosteem Community?

The answer to this is a no however promosteem community is the official community on the blockchain which has been establish with the sole aim and focus of taking steem to the world and making it known to all. We seek to bring onboard investors and increase the value of steem. Awareness creation is our hallmark and we fight to let steem reach the corners of the world irrespective you can promosteem wherever you find yourself in whichever community you find yourself.

It is all about creativity, innovation and investing. And so you can use your art to promote steem in your art community, or you can promote steem in your home country community on the blockchain, the important thing is that you get the job done.

Do i need to get T-shirt or Flyer for Steem Promo?

Well whiles you may use tell others about steem by word of mouth it is important that you have a branding since it makes people more comfortable and trust what you are saying. Steem branded T-shirts and flyers are there to make your work in terms of promotion easier and i can testify to this since it has worked a lot of times for me.

So i recommend you get yourself steem branded T-shirt for promotional activities, and if you seek to work with the promosteem community then i advise you reach out to the official promoter in your home country for the official promosteem branded T-shirts. Note that these come in two, one for members and one for official promoters. You can reach out to your home country promoter at anytime and they would gladly serve you.

Can I do Regular Posts Through the Promosteem Community?

Unfortunately the answer to this is a no, the community has a purpose and a goal and rules and guidelines and one of them is that we do only promotional activities. Anything you seek to share through the community has to be a promotional activity and so please share those wonderful inspirational messages and diary games in your home country community and let us know how you are working rather to add value to steemit ecosystem.

I am a newbie can i join promosteem

This is the last question i am going to look at today. So yes whether you are a newbie or old member as i already mention above you are at liberty to share steem with others and to tell us about your adventures as you seek to invest in the blockchain and the people you are bringing on board and what value they seek to add to the blockchain. So do not belittle yourself, you can do the job, believe in yourself and make sure you are doing it right obeying all rules and guidelines and you should find promosteem community as a wonderful home.
