SHOUT OUT THURSDAY: VISITING NEWBIES AND ENCOURAGING THEM TO BE ACTIVE IN STEEMIT BY @nsikakedem 10% PAYOUT TO @PROMOSTEEM.COM

Hello great and amazing steemians in promosteem community and Steemit block chain as whole. I respectfully what to bring a report your way on how I visited newbies to encourage them to be active in steemit world.

Of a truth, so many flock into steemit everyday but less people get active and serious about it. One could say, they aren't serious minded but fails to understand that no one keys in to an opportunity totally without gradually understanding the system. The nonserious person today might become a professor in the next few months in steemit. Discouragement comes to anyone at some point in time but it takes strong force of advice to help that person pull through.

When I see people, I see the potentials in them. They might not act like one at the moment but I see that ability of making it in them. This is my friend @lordwilson23 that got registered months back but hasn't really been active. I can't just let him wallow in discourage. I had to take my shout out around my immediate environment since I wasn't very strong to go farer. I visited him at home and encourage him with my little proves to pull away procrastination and start being active.

Here is another sound mind, a steemian I visited to hear from. I met him at his shop and had some discussion with him. It was there I knew some people need a little follow up for them to stand strong in steemit world. If that tiny rope of setback is broken, many can do so well in steemit. I spoke with him and he promised to adjust for good. I do take time to do all this as my own service rendered to humanity to let them have no excuse as to why they didn't make it.

Still on the shout out, I met this handsome young man and shared this good news about steemit to him just to find out the state of his phone because the last time I told him about steemit he had issues with his phone. I encouraged him that he can put his phone right if he puts his mind in it.

As I branched a restaurant, I run into this beautiful girl by name Promise. I spoke with about steemit and how that will assist her as a young person. She indicated a great interest but when I opted for sign up, guess what she said, she had issues with her phone. I refused feeling bad knowing that someday, she will have to call me up for the registration. For the fact that some doesn't sign up at first doesn't conclude that he or she might not sign up the next time. We just have to be patient with people.

Promoting Steemit is a service that one should do with great joy and enthusiasm. It should never be done with grudges, infact aside from earning, it builds up ones character and responses to people that might be rude in their speech. I enjoy promoting steemit, I love steemit block chain.
