It's an 8th list of all the active communities (previous version available here). Korean and Chinese bid-bot communities are not included.
The list includes 81 communities:

I recommend you to share this list with the new steemians in their welcoming message under Achievement 1. You can also attach the link to it in your own communities.
The list is organized by theme and number of active users (data from 25.01). The biggest crisis is behind us. We can see a significant increase in active bloggers on the platform. The total number of comebacks + communities that increased the number of writers is higher than the number of the communities that shrank. Don’t give up – keep blogging!
If you will notice any mistake or if I accidentally didn't include your group on the list, let me know in the comment and I will fix that problem immediately (the group has to have at least 15 active users if it was published on the previous list or 20 active users if it’s new or comeback).

I have heard that all the posts were written under the hashtags only..Some people are still doing so, but most of the whales are up-voting in the communities only, it's also easier to find the readers while being part of the community.

It's sad that Seo is leaving, it's a very important person on Steemit. I don't have any contact to him (although maybe it could be found somewhere on Discord - I'll make the research later).
What about steemchiller? He remains active and he may guarantee the Account Booster's safety. Maybe the community will survive anyway.
