This is too troublesome and costly in terms of finances and time, procedures, archives and other instances, therefore, somehow, another time, thanks :)

:) I don't want to be indebted to someone then. what is mine will come to me by itself. Yes, I managed to buy pencils B, 2B, 3B, H. I'll see how they work later.

In debt? It is yours... it is your country... you deserve benefits for enriching your country with your presence.
OMG, these are great grades, I would add HB to the collection. But these are great, and more than enough.

Well, I have a slightly different attitude, in case there is no money to maintain pants, and you are in a country that pays you social assistance. There is a saying, whose you eat, you listen to, I do not want to bend myself to someone else's will, like, for example, it was with vaccination, people who received something from the state were the first in line for vaccination, otherwise, you will lose what you received and remain indebted. There are many nuances that I don’t want to remember and think about them, I’m even happy that when I lost my job, they refused to register me at the labor exchange, I had to pay for the translation of documents, but I didn’t have money for this service, we we do not know what is a blessing for us and what is not :)

I agree. I too do not like handouts, and to be "owned" by anybody, or dictated what to do.
That said, it is in the interest of the country to bring more people to the homeland.

Maybe so, but I said that this is preceded by a long search for evidence of ownership, and I was kicked from one archive to another, lol, I'm allergic to book dust :)
