The Most Effective Ways of Promoting Steemit.

I'm @wasa2020 from Nigeria. I'm happy to participate in the contest organized by @josepha today which is titled "The Most Effective Ways of Promoting Steemit". Here we ought to discuss the ways through which we promote our dear platform.

What are the most effective ways of promoting Steemit?

To me, there are two basic ways in which the steemit platform can be promoted and they are using the online format or using the offline format. I was introduced to the platform via an offline format where my friend and sister @dave-hanny educated me about the platform.

I didn't see an advert or read anywhere about the steemit platform hence I had no idea at all about it. I was only told about it by her when I asked her what she does regularly with her phone.

Her explanation of the steemit platform made me attracted to it and I decided to join the platform that is how I got to know about it. In my opinion, this is also the most effective way because it's through this way that I got to know about the platform.

What strategies are you using to promote Steemit?

I use the same method use for me to also promote the steemit platform. Since I joined and I saw how the platform is functioning, I have been able to also discuss and share the platform with my other friends. I do have not much knowledge about the platform at the moment but I'm explaining to them the little I have learned.

Also, I have talked to people who have an interest in technology as well as those who deal with cryptocurrencies. I use to meet them offline i.e. one on one.

Who is your best target investor or writer when promoting Steemit?

I'm targeting an investor and a blogger. Though my major target is an investor because, with big investors in the platform, I can get good support. We have seen that most of the big investors don't write an article, they only concentrate on voting articles, and that earns them good rewards.

Since you joined Steemit, how many people have you brought to Steemit? Tell us how active they are.

I joined the platform about a month ago and since I joined, I have been trying my best to understand how the platform works and that is the major reason I have not been able to introduce other people. I guess before introducing anyone you should have a clear knowledge of the platform so that everyone listening to your explanation will learn.

I intend to explain more to people when I get a better knowledge of the steemit platform. So until then, I only tell people about the platform, and if they are interested I will direct them to the people who have better knowledge.
