Promo-Steem Activity Recapitulation Report By The Youth Steem Management Team [Bilingual]

The Youth Steem Community has officially been formed and we have made an introduction in the first post. In the introduction post, we have created an abstract, introduction and intro for the introduction of The Youth Steem team. Then add the Vision, Mission and goals of The Youth Steem Community for the future. We have made it in such a way with various processes and have obtained the approval of every team member.

Starting from the planning of the #promo-steem Shirt The Youth Steem Community which has been planned by Leader @bangmimi for a long time and we managed to get sponsorship support from #Onehundredsteem. So we easily build cooperation, re-embracing the old members of Youth Steem to be active in the Steem community. We also invite The Youth Steem sympathizers to join us, we are ready to help in providing direction so that they are able to create interesting content.

As a community of young people who are active on the Steemit platform, the Youth Steem Community approaches youth in Indonesia. Starting from the team members, we often gather at the Coffee shop almost every day and actively make Steemit posts. This is what makes other youths curious and monitors the activities we are doing. That's why we can interact with other youths to do #promo-steem and promote Steemit.

The main plan of The Youth Steem team is to support the implementation of Meet Up, Workshop, and Promo-Steem events in Indonesia. So far the presence of The Youth Steem Community has helped support #Promo-Steem promoters to promote #Steem and #Steemit in Indonesia. We try to always be ready and alert in doing this work, we want to develop this Steemit to be more popular. So that in the near future there will be many community leaders and youth who want to join the Steemit platform.

Almost every day, The Youth Steem team members continue to strive to maximize team planning and goals. We are doing real work and spreading information about #Steem and #Steemit for Indonesian people and youth. We deal with young people very often, we continue to do #promo-steem in different locations. We move from one point to another to invite new users to join Steemit, we are ready to help him register an account and provide directions to complete achievement1 in the first post.

The Youth Steem Community has set 10 team members for now, divided into 5 members of the management team and 5 more members as support. Four of the 5 members of the management team look active in doing #Promo-steem, inviting the community and youth to join Steemit. They have succeeded in inviting, helping and embracing community leaders and youth to join Steemit. Hopefully this activity will continue and be carried out by members of the The Youth Steem team to make it easier for #promo-steem promoters to reach active users in Indonesia.

We continue to do #promo-steem activities and invite new users to join Steemit together. As a team promotors, @muhajir169 introduced Steemit to his family and student friends, then he posted the results of the #promo-steem on his Steemit homepage. Then it was also done by @teukumuhas, he also acted as a promoter for The Youth Steem team. He just invited two elementary school teachers to join Steemit. One is a civil servant teacher and the other is an honorary teacher. They have done well, so it really supports the performance for the future of the team.

As a team leader, @bangmimi has also done similar work, he is ready to deal with anyone who wants to ask him to share various experiences on Steemit. He also introduced the Steemit platform to the public and invited young people to join him. Then the #promo-steem activity was also just carried out by @abelanar11, as a PR in The Youth Steem team he also showed his skills in introducing #Steem and #Steemit to his closest people. He wrote on the post #Promo-Steem part-1 and he invited 3 people at once for the first time.

As a result, we have recapitulated 6 posts that have been promoted by members of the The Youth Steem team, we have reached 19 active users in the near future. Some of them have made their first post about self-introduction and have completed achievement1, they have been verified in the newcomer Community. Then we wait for them to move, create creative content and be consistent in contributing to the Steem Community. Then we monitor and see who deserves to be invited to join The Youth Steem Community, we are looking for people who are creative and consistent in creating content on Steemit. We are also looking for Youth who Steem active users, Youth who want to develop their talents and support the development of #Steem and #Steemit.

The formation of The Youth Steem team has become a supporting platform for the Indonesian people and youth, we are ready to accommodate the various aspirations of young people. Hopefully this innovation will be able to create opportunities for active and creative youth to compete in this competitive era. Then we invite them to use technology wisely and spread useful information. So here we are improving ourselves, making achievements and making the best use of opportunities. Youth is power and Steem is energy for the future, both are the foundation for creating future Steem progress.

The Youth Steem Community telah resmi terbentuk dan kami telah membuat introduction pada postingan perdana. Dalam postingan introduction Kami telah membuat abstrak, pendahuluan dan intro untuk perkenalan tim The Youth Steem. Kemudian menambahkan Visi, Misi dan tujuan The Youth Steem Community untuk masa depan. Kami telah membuat sedemikian rupa dengan berbagai proses dan telah mendapatkan persetujuan dari setiap anggota tim.

Berawal dari perencanaan Kaos #promo-steem The Youth Steem Community yang sudah lama direncanakan oleh Leader @bangmimi dan kami berhasil mendapatkan dukungan sponsor dari #Onehundredsteem. Maka dengan mudah kami membangun kerja sama, merangkul kembali para anggota lama Youth Steem untuk beraktivitas secara aktif di komunitas Steem. Kami juga mengajak para simpatisan The Youth Steem untuk bergabung bersama kami, kami siap membantu dalam memberikan arahan agar mereka mampu membuat Konten yang menarik.

Sebagai komunitas anak muda yang aktif di platform Steemit, Komunitas Youth Steem melakukan pendekatan dengan para pemuda di Indonesia. Berawal dari para anggota tim, kami sering berkumpul di Coffe shop hampir setiap harinya dan aktif membuat postingan Steemit. Inilah yang membuat para pemuda lain penasaran dan memantau aktivitas yang sedang kami lakukan. Dengan sebab itu kami bisa berinteraksi dengan para pemuda lainnya untuk melakukan #promo-steem dan mempromosikan Steemit.

Rencana pokok tim The Youth Steem ialah mendukung pelaksanaan acara Meet Up, Workshop, dan Promo-Steem di Indonesia. Sejauh ini kehadiran The Youth Steem Community telah membantu mendukung para promotor #Promo-Steem untuk mempromosikan #Steem dan #Steemit di Indonesia. Kami berusaha untuk selalu siap dan sigap dalam melakukan pekerjaan ini, kami ingin mengembangkan Steemit ini agar lebih populer. Sehingga dalam waktu dekat akan banyak tokoh masyarakat dan pemuda yang mau bergabung dengan platform Steemit.

Hampir setiap harinya anggota tim The Youth Steem terus berupaya dalam memaksimalkan perencanaan dan tujuan tim. Kami melakukan kerja nyata dan menyebarkan informasi tentang #Steem dan #Steemit untuk masyarakat dan pemuda Indonesia. Kami sangat sering berhadapan dengan para pemuda, kami terus melakukan #promo-steem di lokasi yang berbeda-beda. Kami beranjak dari satu titik ke titik lainnya untuk mengajak para pengguna baru bergabung ke Steemit, kami siap membantunya untuk melakukan registrasi akun dan memberikan arahan agar melengkapi achievement1 pada postingan perdannya.

The Youth Steem Community telah menetapkan 10 anggota tim untuk saat ini, terbagi 5 anggota tim pengurus dan 5 anggota lagi sebagai pendukungan. Empat dari 5 anggota tim pengurus terlihat aktif dalam melakukan #Promo-steem, mengajak masyarakat dan pemuda bergabung dangan Steemit. Mereka telah berhasil mengajak, membantu dan merangkul tokoh masyarakat dan pemuda untuk bergabung dengan Steemit. Semoga kegiatan ini berlanjut dan dilakukan seterusnya oleh anggota tim The Youth Steem agar memudahkan para promotor #promo-steem dalam menjangkau pengguna aktif di Indonesia.

#Promo-Steem kepada Pemuda Indonesia

Kegiatan #promo-steem dan mengajak pengguna baru bergabung dengan Steemit terus kami lakukan secara bersama. Sebagai pemotor tim, @muhajir169 memperkenalkan Steemit kepada keluarga dan teman-teman mahasiswanya, lalu dia memposting hasil #promo-steem itu di beranda Steemitnya. Kemudian juga dilakukan oleh @teukumuhas, dia juga berperan sebagai promoter tim The Youth Steem. Dia baru saja mengajak dua orang guru SD untuk bergabung dengan Steemit. Satu guru pegawai negeri sipil dan satunya lagi guru honorer. Mereka telah berkerja dengan baik, sehingga sangat mendukung kinerja untuk masa depan tim.

Sebagai seorang Leader tim, @bangmimi juga telah melakukan pekerjaan serupa, dia siap berhadapan dengan siapapun yang hendak memintanya untuk berbagi berbagai pengalaman di Steemit. Dia juga memperkenalkan platform Steemit kepada masyarakat dan ikut mengajak mereka para pemuda untuk bergabung bersamanya. Kemudian kegiatan #promo-steem juga baru saja dilakukan oleh @abelanar11, sebagai Humas di tim The Youth Steem dia juga unjuk kebolehannya dalam memperkenalkan #Steem dan #Steemit kepada orang terdekatnya. Dia menulis pada postingan #Promo-Steem part-1 dan dia mengajak 3 orang sekaligus untuk pertama kalinya.

Alhasil, Kami sudah merekap 6 postingan yang telah dipromosikan oleh anggota tim The Youth Steem, kami sudah menjangkau 19 pengguna aktif dalam waktu dekat ini. Sebagiannya sudah membuat postingan perdana tentang perkenalan diri dan telah melengkapi achievement1, mereka sudah terverifikasi di Komunitas pendatang baru. Kemudian kami menunggu mereka beraktivitas, membuat konten kreatif dan konsisten dalam berkontribusi di Komunitas Steem. Lalu kami memantau dan melihat siapa yang layak untuk diajak bergabung ke The Youth Steem Community, kami mencari orang-orang yang kreatif dan konsisten dalam menciptakan konten di Steemit. Kami juga mencari pemuda pengguna steem aktif yang ingin mengembangkan bakatnya dan mendukung perkembangan #Steem dan #Steemit.

Terbentuknya tim The Youth Steem menjadikan wadah pendukung bagi masyarakat dan pemuda Indonesia, kami siap menampung berbagai aspirasi anak muda. Semoga inovasi ini mampu menciptakan peluang agar para pemuda aktif dan kreatif dapat bersaing di era yang kompetitif seperti saat ini. Kemudian kami mengajak mereka menggunakan teknologi dengan bijaksana dan menyebarkan informasi yang bermanfaat. Maka disini kami berbenah diri, mengukir prestasi dan menggunakan peluang dengan sebaik-baiknya. Pemuda adalah power dan Steem adalah energi untuk masa depan, keduanya adalah pondasi untuk menciptakan kemajuan Steem masa depan.
