At what age can someone be considered poor??

I want to believe age is one of the factors in determining whether a person is poor or not?

You can't say a boy of 12 is poor because he can't cater for himself now and doesn't have a job.
But same can't go for an adult!

So at what age can one be considered poor??
Why??

    Poverty simply means inability to meet basic needs.

    Therefore, it can't be age specific .

    Access to the basics to meet needs could be by Self , Parents , Sibblings , Friends etc.
