One day, I asked my kids what to make to eat and all were said: we don't know (pata nahi).
A recipe came to my mind to make a mixture of vegetables and chicken. I just picked up vegetables(including capsicum, cabbage and potato) along with chicken from the nearby vegetable shop to make loaded fries. I forgot to click the pictures of each item, so just download them from my old post, but don't worry, I'll share its source link to avoid plagiarism, cool mother😎.
Create a dish where vegetables are the Main Ingredients.
Ingredients:
•Potatoes, as much as you required
•Capsicum, as much as you required
•Cabbage, as much as you required
•Soya&chilli sauce, according to taste
•Black pepper, according to taste
Marinate Chicken
Cut boneless chicken into small pieces or cubes and put it inside a bowl.
For marination you'll need:
• Yoghurt
• Red chilli
• Salt
• Cumin
• Tikka masala
• Dry coriander
- Fry Vegetables
Fry Vegetables with a little oil. Hard vegetables will go first, followed by less hard vegetables(Peas, cabbage and finally, capsicum).
Fry them for 5-10 minutes.
- Add Sauces
Add sauces to the fried vegetables. Add them one by one or mix all of them in a bowl and then add in the fried vegetables.
Soya sauce and black pepper are mentioned above. However, you're free to use chilli sauce as much as you want, if you want it extra spicy.
- Fry chicken and Potatoes
Children love French fries, so I made them for this dish. But you're free to cut them in any shape and fry them.
Fry chicken using oil. When it begins to brown, turn the flame off and it's ready.
- Mix Everything
Mix vegetables, chicken and French fries. Turn the flame very low and cover them with a lid for 5-8minutes.
Loaded fries are ready to serve and eat. Enjoy it with mayonnaise. (I used some pics from my old posts because I forgot to capture)

We all family members loved this recipe, even the ones who don't like vegetables that much, also eat it fully heart. I learned this recipe on YouTube while searching for new recipes to try.

Of course, it has, in fact, a lot of benefits it includes, which are necessary for our body to consume to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
• Fibre in vegetables helps to pass food through the digestive system and improves vitamin absorption, which leads to high energy levels.
• Protein in chicken helps to build stamina and grow muscles.

Cabbage 🥬 is so versatile! It's the main ingredients for veggie salad, sausages and burgers, I normally use it for my fried rice, and chicken peri peri sauce. Thanks for sharing your recipe with us!
