What is the definition of stress according to you?

Stress can simply be defined as a temporary act of life that happenspastunderstanding some of your mistakes in the past so that you can know the locations or areas you went in other for you to stand firm to prepare your future to be a sinister

Do you have any experience?

We all know that stress is a suffering and a painful thing but we need to have these in our heart that stress is not a permanent thing to someone but stress is just a process in life for some of the wrong things we do or is an preparation of your future

Do you think suicide is an option?

We all know that committing suicide is one of the bad things in life we all know that people pass through pain and suffering but reach a stage where they will commit suicide so let's be patient
In life, so we should learn how to be patient anywhere we find ourselves no matter how difficult the situation is we try and be strong

What are the practices you follow to handle stress?

Being panties in any way you find yourself, being strong in any work you find yourself seating thinking of alcohol for good sleeping 🍻 , eating good food for good health 💊 , sleep enough.

In conclusion

If you find yourself in difficult stress or situation that doesn't mean that God is not aware of it, God is aware of every stage of each and everyone much life sometimes when you are passing through so much stress you will think that is not there but will tell you that God I everywhere and every stage of your life, we all know that pain is process
