Assalamu Alaikum my dear friends how are you all. I hope you all are doing well by the grace of Allah. Alhamdulillah I am also very well today by the grace of Allah. I have come to "STEEM FOR BETTERLIFE" community with a great recipe. Today I am going to share a delicious recipe of egg with papaya, a very popular vegetable in rural areas. Let's see how I prepared this delicious recipe. Let us share it with you step by step.

- Half cup quantity of desi mustard oil.
- One tablespoon of turmeric powder.
- Two tablespoons of ginger paste.
- Two tablespoons of garlic paste.
- Four tablespoons of chili paste.
- Two tablespoons of onion batter.
- A native papaya.
- Amount of salt.
- four eggs.
To prepare this delicious recipe, first you need to pick papaya from a tree. Then cut it piece by piece and wash it well and keep it dry.
At this stage, four eggs should be boiled in boiling hot water and the egg shells should be removed. After that the eggs should be kneaded nicely with light salt and turmeric for 15 minutes.
At this stage, the spices required for cooking the eggs should be carefully prepared in a bowl, that is, the spices should be prepared.
To prepare the recipe at this stage, first place a pan on the stove and add some mustard oil in it. And you have to wait until it gets hot, then add yellow salt to the eggs. You have to fry it nicely and slowly, you have to work very efficiently and you have to take care that the eggs don't get burnt.
When the eggs are fried, they should be taken down in a bowl. Then the spices should be cooked for two to three minutes. And when the masalas are cooked, the chopped papayas. How much to cook with 4 more minutes.
At this stage, four cups of water should be added, then when the water starts to get hot i.e. it starts to boil. Add the fried eggs then cook for another ten minutes. And cooking will make the delicious recipe.
