Point Three: When you notice an improvement in people either in their behaviour, skill or personal development.
Point Four: When someone looks beautiful or handsome we should compliment their appearances. I complemented two of my colleagues at work the day they dressed beautifully in the same fabric and told them to snap because they were looking so beautiful.
Point Five: When someone is moody and looks sad. Real compliments can brighten someone's day for instance I saw you sad and I just come around and tell you how smart, intelligent, gorgeous and strong you are and can face any challenge, I'm sure your mood will change. It can be an encouragement someone needs at a particular time.
Point Six: When someone does something for you and you feel grateful for that particular act. Even God expects us to show appreciation for everything we have.
Point Seven: When someone works hard. If you own an organisation you need to recognize hard work and dedication once you notice it.
Conclusion
Giving compliments is simple but it is a powerful means of making a positive impact on people and creating a supportive community.
You need to be sincere and specific in your compliments. Ensure that your compliments are relevant to the situation and reflects your appreciation or admiration. Lets encourage the practice of giving and receiving compliments.

I agree. It doesn't take much to give a compliment and to do so you don't need to know each other. It works for a complete stranger as well.
A minus is the text you wrote isn't yours.

Thanks for the comment.
I developed my writing in my own understanding and experiences after doing my research.
I didn't know I have to cite my research sources even when I don't use their exact writeup.
I welcome and appreciate corrections when I'm wrong as I'm still learning more about the steemit platform day by day.
Thanks again.🙏

I do read what is written. Maybe I didn't understand.
I do carry out research before writing but my husband helped me in writing this particular topic "Compliment", so it's possible that he could have used AI without my knowledge. This will not repeat itself again please. I will make sure I do all my writing by myself henceforth.
I apologize for this and will take corrections seriously.
