"A dog was sitting on a nail and was weeping. Someone asked, "Why is the dog weeping?" The owner replied, "He is sitting on a nail." The person inquired, "Why doesn't he move away?" The owner responded, "He feels the pain, but it's not severe enough to make him move."
If we look around us, everything has been made to make our lives easy. The sources, nature, science, technology, and every innovation are trying to make our lives easy and comfortable. These things have made our lives so easy that we have assumed that the only purpose of our lives is to make them easy and comfortable. But this thinking has made us lazy and forced us to live in our comfort zone.
The person who lives in the comfort zone, his life becomes challenging and he tries to live with comfort. To live in the comfort zone does not mean that life is passing well. Sometimes, many people who live in their comfort zones usually wish to have all the things that successful people have.
Such people want to live an effortless life, so they eat fast and comfortable food. If a person does not exercise, there are many chances of becoming obvious and fatty. But living in a comfort zone can lead to this disease because working out every day is an activity that is away from your comfort zone.
Just imagine that a person who watches reels or movies with a pack of chips isn’t destroying his health. Yes, he is. This is a comfort zone in which he is temporarily satisfied, and his health is decreasing. And if someone keeps this activity regularly in his life, this comfort zone will lead to health damage.
How to break your comfort zone?
This is the main question of this contest and usually, it is also raised in the public motivational or inspirational training centers. So, Here are some steps by following them one can break their comfort zone. All the mentioned points are the experiences from my life.
Suppose a person who doesn’t know how to swim is passing by a river. He looks at the water of that river and he feels no afraid. But, by chance, if he falls into the river, he will surely try his best to save his life instead of thinking about how he falls into that river. In this example, being outside the river is like living in the comfort zone but in the river is like in the fear or the struggling zone. This is also a way to get out of your comfort zone. Challenge your fears and you will come out of your comfort zone.
Here are some steps that can help one to come out of the fear zone.
Know what you are?
The first step to coming out of your comfort zone is to know who you are and what you can do in your life to make it better and happier because comfortable people are usually unhappy in their lives. Therefore it is important to understand who you are. And when you know who you are then you start to work on your goals and aims.
Stop Procrastinating
Procrastination is the action of delaying something for a short or a long time even if someone needs to do it at present. The only way to stop procrastinating the work is to realize the importance of time. This is an issue with teenagers at present they waste their time scrolling reels and they start to procrastinate on their important daily work which is something more important than procrastinating. Just think about the day you wake up, and the night you sleep on. All these things have some importance in your life and every moment in life is precious. If we waste our time procrastinating the important tasks, we will have to pay for tomorrow.
Complete little tasks
Completing little tasks can save one from comfort zone because if someone fills little tasks in a day he would have the potential to take on some big tasks the little tasks are easy to achieve but they give one the potential and inspiration to take big tasks in life. Remember that the little should be closely related to your long-term goals like exercising, swimming, and playing. This is the easiest and the best way to come out of your comfort zone and this is the most effective.
Start sacrificing at a small scale
It is said that success requires the sacrifice. But the scarification of what? The scarification of the comfort zone. For this, start to sacrifice at a small scale. Like, stop scrolling the reels for an hour a day when you can live without this activity. It will certainly lead to scarification at a large scale and will enable someone to become more resistant to laziness.
Stop Feeling Lazy
This is an important thorn that realizes that they cannot do anything because they are have not bestowed with the hard work. Therefore, stop feeling lazy. When someone feels lazy he should start and mental or physical effort to stop this laziness because everyone is lazy if he has no specific task. To stop laziness first of all get up early in the morning and stop toxic thinking. Think about your life goals and think about why you started your journey. This is the easiest way to stop feeling lazy.

The overall conclusion is that when someone is in his comfort zone his life is following the wrong track and leading him toward the destruction. It is the comfort zone that pushes one back from life-changing goals. It is necessary to come out of your comfort zone.
