Well, in the last episode we talked about your inspiration to be successful. There were exciting ideas and approaches. In this long journey of life, there is another familiar concept highlighted. Issues in handling stress in work/ day to day life. I think all of us have experienced this more or less.

A few days ago, one of my university seniors, a Software Engineer, committed suicide being unable to cope with Work Stress. That's the main reason I wanted to come up with this theme. Depression and mental problems have become a severe issue nowadays

So, let's discuss your ideas!

You Can Include,

What is the definition of stress according to you?
Do you have any experience?
Do you think suicide is an option?
What are the practices you follow to handle stress?

or anything related to the subject. (The above points are not compulsory) Your creativity is what I am expecting.

Vaya, otro concurso genial. Lamento esta vez no poder participar por ciertas restricciones temporales que impuse sobre mí mismo para alcanzar algunas metas importantes en STEEM. Sin embargo estoy seguro que habrá muchas participaciones y disfrutaré leerlas.

Lamento mucho lo de su amigo. Alguna vez me encontre en una situación laboral muy exigente y estresante pero mi mejor opción fue renunciar.

La siguiente semana pude conseguir un empleo mejor pagado y más tranquilo, no es que no soporte la presión laboral pues si he tenido muchas en toda mi carrera profesional.

Pero hay casos tan extremos en los que sientes que las exigencias son imposibles de cumplir y esto puede resultar en frustración y estrés.

There are many facts about the company and he was trying to resign many times. But finally, this happened.

Yes, you are right! There is a limit to how we can handle the pressure of what we are getting paid. It's great that you quit and found a new and better one.

Thank you for subscribing. Actually the goal is not to develop that community (for now).

The goal is to look for friends in STEEM that go beyond a community or a challenge. I think those are the most valuable rewards to be gained from STEEM (sincere friends).

After I get some of those I'll get back to the communities and no doubt those interesting challenges you propose around here.

However I'm still here to read and support this community!
