A menu is a list of food or beverages prepared by a person in a house or restaurant so as to balance the everyday food to ehelpsveryday.
But in my own case, I create a food menu that is consist of my breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The essence is to discipline me in knowing my every day balanced diet food. It also help me to know the amount of money to spent everyday and also in every week and every month.
In my experience, most time I normally stress myself every day about the type of food I eat, not that the food is not available and not that the money to use in buying the food is no there but I alwayss find it difficult to select my type of food to eat every day.
With the help of a food menu, can help me know the type of food to cook and not just food but of foods with balance diet with snacks and drinks.
Why will you choose the particular food for the day
I choose the particular food the day is that, our body needs different varieties of food in order to maintain a healthy bod.
Also, I want to adapt the habit of eating foods that contain all the classes of food in order to maintain a healthy body and to be free from some non communicable diseases like diabetes, kwashoko, cancer etc. Most people with such diseases are people who neglect eating balance diet foods.
How much will It cost for each day's menu?
Below is the list of the amount of money I have budget for my each day's food menu:-
