Greetings to you all my dear steemain friends, how are you all doing today I hope all is well and you all are in good health and enjoying your day.


Today I will be taking part in a freewrite contest which is being organised by @goodybest with the theme "Life Hacks To Improve Daily Living"


Many people have different hacks which the adopt in other to improve their daily living and some are proven to be very effective while some are just a mear manipulation.


Some of my basic life hacks that I have adopted to improve my daily living are;


  • Focus
  • Exercise

Now this are some of the life hacks that I have adopted starting from focus, I have made it my business to eliminate all kinds of distractions in other be able to focus on the important things that will positively affect my life, also a healthy living can never be complete without exercise which is one of the best ways to get rid of anxiety.


Amongst that and many others which includes self determination, which this also comes along with focus because a determined and focus mind can certainly achieve anything in life


And since we are talking about daily living we shouldn't forget about healthy feeding, yes this is also some of the basic life hacks that I have adopted in other to improve my daily living


And the little secret involved is that food carries a special kind of happiness that is unimaginable and undescribable, and above all we should always endeavour to take meals that contains all the six classes of food, forget about the cost because they are so many simple meals that are very rich is nutrients and less expensive 🫰🏽
