H great steemians and welcome to today's learning of Fruit recipes for juice. It was a wonderful time to spend doing this wonderful juice.

My Steps For Preparation

I first of all went to the market and bought different types of fresh fruits that will be good for my juice.
It is normal that anything fresh is good for our bodies
After buying it from the fresh fruit stand from the vendors.
I came back home and started the Main process.
List of Fruits I bought:

• Carrots
• Avocado
• Banana
• Cucumber
• Fresh Tomatoes
• Pineapple

Processing Stage (1)

My stage (1) is very simple,I.wash all of it in a clean water and make it twice and put it in a tray,I picked up my knife and picked another clean flat plate and Wash it to be clean. After that I started cutting it into smaller pieces so that the blender will be able to blend it perfectly.

Blending Stage

After cutting it into pieces,I bring out my electric blender,it is two in one grinder/blender. So I put those slices fruits into the blender cup and plug the blender to the socket and put it on and it started blending,it was a great one because i like it the way i wanted it.

After that moment,I was so happy to have my fruit juice correct from these fruits I mentioned above.

The Health Advantage Of My Juice To The Body

My fruit juice contains a lot of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that can help my body system with hydration, digestion, and immune functions.
My fruit juice will also be high in sugar and calories, so its necessary for me to drink every evening and morning.

It contains enzymes that can help my body system with digestion and constipation and also make the Immune system stronger because of the vitamin C.
