180 Health workers at the Health Service Facility where I work have also received vaccinations, vaccinations are given with certain criteria, not all can get the vaccine, if they have health disorders such as high blood pressure (above 180 mmHg) they are included in the negative list group, besides that there are several other types of diseases such as auto immune, Diabetes Mellitus and several types of diseases.

After the health group, we continued to vaccinate the local army and police, then vaccinate the public. There is a significant gap in outcomes for the public and health workers.

We are faced with complex problems in implementing vaccinations, in general the State Civil Apparatus is reluctant to get the covid-19 vaccine, this is a big question mark because they are a highly educated group, but because of the hoax news, they are provoked. The government continues to strive to increase the number of achievements, one of which is by ordering every head of the relevant department to accelerate the achievement of vaccination progress.

As a result, one by one among them came to receive injections, the question is whether they want to be given the vaccine because of pressure from their superiors or based on their awareness of the importance of vaccination as an effort to increase antibodies?

Generally, the vaccinations they receive are only due to orders from their superiors, administrative sanctions are given to those who ignore them, but the most difficult ones are the community groups. They are reluctant to be vaccinated. The Vaccination implementation team continues to strive to provide services outside the building by opening emergency posts to every village, hoping to make it easier for them to access services.

But, all to nothing. It is described as a conflict country without inhabitants, not a single resident is seen on the street and even in front of his house. According to information from several villages with cases like this, they locked themselves in their homes and some of them left the village to avoid the vaccine.
