Hi @amryksr, here you are with another interesting topic that gives room for flashing back to see how far God has brought us, and what still lies ahead of us to achieve. I am happy to participate in this contest, and I wish you a lovely day ahead as you read through.

After reading through the contest, I began to think about the years that have passed in my life. I began to think about how I was some years ago. The thought of how I was in primary and secondary school began crossing my mind. I remembered some of the challenges, difficulties, trials, and temptations I have faced in life, and how God saved me from them.

I also recalled some of the beautiful moments spent with my parents. Moments like going for picnics, Christmas celebrations, gifts in school, etc. Those moments were so special, but there are gone and will never return. After much thinking about the past, I came to the belief that LIFE IS SHORT

I could remember back then in primary2, whenever I see people reading, I always ask myself questions like, will I ever know how to read like other people? To God be the glory, before I could finish primary3, I was reading fluently. There was also a time I ask myself if I will ever finish secondary school. But today, I am a graduate.

One more funny thing I use to ask myself was, will I ever grow tall like other adults? Hmmm....., I guess I am not a short person today. As days go by, I see myself achieving things that I was thinking were impossible. As of today, I am a graduate who is making an impact in the life of people through teaching. Indeed I have achieved great things so far.

As I mentioned earlier, some things seemed impossible to me as a child, but today they have become stories. I can only look back and say thank you to my creator for bringing me this far.

As we all know, every stage of life comes with its requirements and demands. As such, I have a lot of dreams to fulfill before life comes to an end for me. So far, I have acquired my first degree, and I have served the country for a year.

After school, what next? That has always been the question. At this stage of my life, the first thing I want to achieve is a well-paying job. I have suffered in school, and I believe it is time to reap what I have sawed.

After securing a job, building my house will be the next. Everyone needs shelter, and I am not exceptional. Without a house, there is a certain comfort you can't enjoy. And to establish a family, it is ideal you have a house of your own.

Thirdly, marriage follows. I believe every man needs a helper. Someone to establish a family with, someone to take care of you and your children, and someone to give you comfort. Remember, even the holy book said it is not good for a man to live alone. That means, it is good to marry.
