On safety this time I will tell you a little about my activities today with the work I do today, nothing is easy in this life and it all requires struggle with several processes that have to wait, everything will be fine if we are able to be patient in facing this life.
as usual in my activities in working on this company's oil palm plantation, I work 6 days a week and I have gone through 4 days in this process, meaning I will have to go through another 2 days in this work with full struggle and patience, every day in working on an oil palm plantation, I have to keep fighting with enthusiasm even though obstacles come and go.
As usual, I woke up at 6:20 WIB and immediately finished all the preparations that I would bring to the land site today, all the other workers have also woken up and prepared themselves to carry out the work that is still going on today
Yesterday I worked on harvest work because of orders from the foreman and today I returned to the job of collecting brondol fruit which had been directed by another foreman, I went to get sacks and went with several other workers.
go to the location with the members who have been arranged by the foreman and all of them walk carrying sacks that have been taken previously for collecting the brondol fruit, when we arrive at the location of the land that has been determined by the foreman for collecting the brondol fruit, we all go to store our luggage with several we carry supplies on top of oil palm trees so that dogs don't eat them.
some of us have entered the land to do the work in the hope of completing it quickly, in the work of collecting brondol fruit we had to collect 12 sacks with cans.
I have also participated here and immediately entered the land to collect brondol fruit, I also hope to finish it quickly today so I can go home early, but when I was in the brondol I wanted to collect there weren't many of them so that made me have to walk very far to collect it.
After entering I collected the brondol fruit and put it in a sack, after everything was collected now it was time for me to take the fruit out on the road so that it could be picked up by a truck that would come later, at this first location I managed to collect 5 sacks and had to collect them. 8 more sacks to get overtime pay at work today, with a salary of Rp. 150,000 that is already included in overtime.
Because I had finished the first location, I asked for the next location to continue my work, with the location determined by the foreman for the next collection of brondol fruit, so I had to go there with a sack.
Arriving at the second location, I took a short break to get rid of the tiredness that I still felt, at the first location I finished at 10:12 WIB. After taking a rest, now I continue my unfinished work. I am still walking in the field and collecting the brondol fruit under the tree in a hurry so that I can finish this work quickly today.
The foreman has come to my location to distribute rice this afternoon, now it's already 11:50 WIB, I'm still inside collecting brondol fruit which is still less than the target I want, hopefully today I can achieve overtime in work because overtime pay will be given on Friday nights, if we don't get overtime then there won't be any money to take home.
This second location I got 6 sacks and that means I only need one more sack of brondol fruit to be able to achieve overtime work today, because previously I had collected 5 sacks and this second time I managed to collect 6 sacks so I have to have one more sack do it and try to collect it.
I didn't think about eating lunch at this time because I wanted to collect one more sack here, now the clock has shown the needle at 3:10 WIB, without having lunch I went back into the field to collect one more sack and was still as before circling the tree palm oil and saw brondol fruit for me to collect.
After half an hour I was in the process of collecting brondol fruit, now I have come out of the land onto the road carrying a sack of brondol fruit that I have collected. Put it on the side of the road and the foreman was able to see it and was now allowed to go home.
On the way home I saw a car carrying oil palm fruit that had left the land with the fruit crushed behind it. The car moves slowly to compensate.
Walk back from the location to the accommodation on foot, a distance of approximately one kilometer, walking slowly because I was still very tired from doing today's work, so my whole body felt sore even down to my waist, while holding my waist I continued to walk towards the accommodation .
Arriving at the accommodation that had been provided, I sat down for a while and lay down to get rid of tiredness, took a towel then went to the bathroom and immediately took a shower there and today I didn't go to the river because it was a little far from where I lived.
After taking a shower, my body is now fresh again. After changing my clothes, I went outside to take photos of some of the views here. There are some beautiful views here, but they can't be seen clearly. Go to the back of the house and take photos of tomatoes that are still green and not yet ripe. The tomatoes have grown well and have large fruit.
Goed to the kitchen and saw several chefs cooking water for the workers who had not yet returned from work. After the water had boiled, I immediately took it to make coffee and rested again while enjoying a cup of coffee with friends in this inn.
After enjoying a cup of coffee, I immediately laid down and felt tired and exhausted to this day. I still have to do such hard work for the sake of my family even though my whole body has to feel pain. For me personally, it is better to grow in torment than sadness. family that can be heard in the ears.
