Hope you all are well . My name is jiya I'm becoming physio therapist I have completed my two years of degree. I always want to be independent so that's why I have joined the Steemit .

No let's start without delay.
It is very beneficial to bring change in the life to make the life better. We cannot remove the problems but by adapting some things we can decrease the intensity of the problems and make the life much better in our lives there must be something that we need to adapt to improve the life better.
So the first thing I want to change in my life is to stop overthinking I think so almost all the problems in my life start from the overthinking.
I overthink a lot such as whenever I have exams I overthink what I do in the exams or as it will be my first internship in these vacations I overthink about it what will happen. Can I perform well ? so I think that I overthink about every little things due to which I waste my time a lot by overthinking .

★Overthinking is very bad about health too It can make you mentally disturb I study about it too because as I said I am becoming physiotherapist I read about all the conditions all the diseases anxiety stress problems emerge from the overthinking.
★ When we overthink the cortisol hormones release in our body which changes the chemical composition of the body due to which how our brain feels stressed and anxiety due to which a person remains in stress . That's why The first thing I want to adapt is to stop overthinking.

The other thing I want to change my life that I am oversensitive I feel the little things alot I care about others who didn't care about me .
I want to change it people said being innocent and too much sensitive is not good and that is true too but I cannot change my heart and cannot be harsh for those who are harsh towards me . We should not hurt others who hurt us because there will be no difference between them and us . There are some friends in my life who did very bad to me but I always do good for them in their back too and pray for them but I tried to make them again friends when they ditch me and that's the biggest thing that I want to change in my life is to letting the people go who don't care for me.
I think so these are two things that when I adopt them there will be the biggest improvement iny life .

I learned distraction, sleep, writing what bothers help and most problems solve themselves. With this knowledge all you need it.. faith in yourself.

I need now to realize that a person should believe in good thoughts . We should not concern with what others though about ourselves. Have faith in ALLAH. When I believe that everything ends at the end except the OWNER of the world so we should keep our every matter relay on HIM .
