Steemit Engagement Challenge S5-W5: A day without Internet

How are you all?
Welcome to my blog once again. On this busy day, I want to join the contest for week 5 of the engagement challenge organised by steem for betterlife community. This week, a very interesting topic is given and that is a day without the internet.

Now the Internet has become a major part of our daily life. Without the internet it might seem like we live in, different world. Before our generation, people took anything easily. But the internet has made our lives easier.

Do you sleep the whole day if there were no Internet in your area?

It’s very difficult to spend a day without the internet. The Internet has become an important part of our life.

When there is no Internet in my area, I will never sleep the whole day.I do different activities. Like travelling with friends, washing dirty clothes, cleaning the house, gardening. Chatting with friends, visiting my relatives' house.

What activities do you engage in till it is restored?

In the previous question I mentioned what I usually do when I don't have the internet. For example: washing clothes, hanging out with friends, going to a relative's house, I usually do such things.

There are also many other types of work that may not be possible due to spending time in this community.

How often is that experienced in your area?

Road development work has been going on in our area for a long time. For example, sometimes the internet connections are cut and it takes a lot of time to fix them. Sometimes it takes a whole day when there is no internet connection in the office or at home. And this time is very boring if there is no other work at hand because we are now very dependent on the internet.

If you were to solve such issues forever, what will you suggest?

In fact, it is very difficult to say what can be done as a solution. Because many things are not in the hands of internet providers. Due to which, they cut the internet lines even if they don't want to. Work may be done. If they deploy regional servers or if they have multiple servers. So, if one server line is cut, they will provide backup from another server line. Besides, those who work on road development should take care that they do not cut any kind of power lines, telephone lines, internet lines. Then it can be solved.

Conclusion

The Internet has now become an integral part of our lives. Now we can't keep it out of our daily life activities even if we really want to. It has made our life so much easier and easier.
