Hello everyone. I hope you are all doing well? This post is my contest entry to the Steemnow review competition by @klen.civil. I am new to the Steem Education community, and this is my first article in this revered community. I am glad to have found this community as I share a keen interest in education. I consider myself a lifelong learner, and I look forward to learning a lot from this community. Today’s article is a thorough review of the website steemnow.com. I will try as much as possible to explain the functions of the various tools that are accessible on the platform.

Steemnow.com is a website designed by the user @penguinpablo. The website has similar functionality to those of steemworld and steemd websites because it provides data on steem user operations and statuses. These data include statistics on daily rewards, latest upvotes, curation rewards, recent posts, author rewards, and many more. A snapshot of Steemnow is shown below. The corresponding data belong to @klen.civil's Steem account. It will be our case study for this review.

On the first look, the website contains quite a number of tools. Hence, we shall closely consider each tool and its essence. The website has been established as a Steem user account information generator. Hence, it is befitting to first analyze the user selection feature of the website, which is categorized as Settings on the platform. Without this feature, the website significantly loses its purpose. A screenshot of the settings section is shown below.

The settings tab has three options: username, node, and theme. The username input space enables users to enter the handles or usernames of the Steem accounts they wish to seek information on. It must be noted that the respective username must be typed without the “@” sign. Next is the node option. This permits users to select their preferred Application Programming Interface node for the data query. Visitors of the website can choose between the steemitdev API or steemit API. This option is particularly useful in terms of connection troubles on the website. The last option is the theme selection tool. This tool grants users permission to switch between available themes of the website. There are four themes available as of the time of writing: Hive, Hive Dark, Steem, Steem Dark. For any configuration on the settings tab to take effect, the save button must be clicked afterward. The screenshots below show the various themes.

The next feature is the Daily rewards tab. As denoted by its name, this tool gives information on the earned rewards from Curation and Authorship. It also presents data on the aforementioned fields from the previous day. This helps users analyze the trend of their rewards. In the image below, @klen.civil's daily curation as at the time of writing was 0.750SP, and the author reward was 0.292SP. The previous day's numbers for the same two fields were 0.949SP and 23.518SP respectively. This shows that the user earned more the previous day compared to the current day.

The next tab under consideration highlights information that is relevant to one progress on the Steem ecosystem. It shows the rank of a user with precision. It also highlights the amount of staked Steem (SP), liquid Steem, and liquid Steem Backed Dollar available in the user’s wallet. It also has an upvote calculation slider that shows the worth of an upvote from the user at different percentages.

The image above shows that @klein.civil has a Steem reputation of 69.148, a liquid Steem of 20.026, 0.165 Steem Backed Dollar, and a Steem Power of 2200.340, which is worth $0.03 at one hundred percent at the time of writing. There are two buttons that perform specific functions in this section: a standalone upvote calculator and a reward curve visualizer.

The next features of the Steemnow website are three bars that simply highlight the percentage of a user’s voting power with the remaining time to full charge. Downvote power percentage, and the Resource Credit quantity and percentage. The image below is a visualized data of @klen.civil's voting power, downvoting power, and resource credit (in a unit of Billion).

The following tab groups all upvotes and arranges them from the recent to the oldest. This section makes it easy to identify the latest upvotes a user has received. It highlights the username of the upvote and the weight of the vote as well as the article that the action was performed on. The screenshot below shows the recent upvotes @klen.civil has received.

After the recent curation tab follows the latest author reward tab. This section shows the recent posts of the author that have earned the author rewards. Like the recent curation reward tab, the recent author reward section also highlights the time, the amount of Steem, Steem Backed Dollars, and Steem Power earned for the respective article. The screenshot below shows the recent author reward @klen.civil has obtained.

The last feature on the Steemnow website is its recent post tab. This tab specializes in portraying the posts made by the user when the reputation was greater than twenty-five. The articles are arranged in order of recency. It indicates the time that the article was made and its pending payout as well as the title. The screenshot below shows the recent posts by @klen.civil.

Hello @steem.education
I joined the Steemit platform in March 2018 and back then there were not any achievement tasks in place. I might be able to scroll down to the introductory post I wrote back then...if that is what you are requesting.

It is very easy, you just need to go to Newcomer'Community by writing your achievement assignment there,
If I look at the year you joined really there is no such task, but I joined in June 2017, I have completed all these achievement tasks.
