We all worries. There is no one who doesn't overthink and fears about undone tasks and overall the future. It gets worse when we bought ourselves worrying too much. But this could lead you to find a better solution if you put the right intention.

Let's see some possible reasons why we worry. No matter what's on your head, what are you worrying about; I hope you can relate!

Worrying is a way of our mind to make us ready for the harsh future. So, we tend to worry about the worst possible future.
You can identify this easily because it always starts with what if thoughts. This is one of the major reasons we worry.

Unpleasant present leads us to worry about the future. Our unpleasant current surrounding makes us worry more. When you go through anxiety and stress in your current time it leads you to worry about your future too.

What others will think about us. We replace our own thought with someone else's. What others will think about our job, appearance or social status, and so on. This makes us feel worried, whether or not they are actually thinking about these.

Focusing on negative things. This is a common trend to filter out the positive information around us and only focusing on the negative things and these lead us to worry more.

Setting unrealistic goals. Sometimes our high ambition and rigid standard make us worry more about the future. Because we always worry about climbing the high mountain of ambition.

Overestimating risks. There is a saying that we should think about the worst possible scenario and this made us worry more thinking about the upcoming risks.

These are the possible reasons behind our worries. Now match with yours, what is causing your sufferings to find the solutions.

Special thanks.
