Overview of the day
hello friends,
How are you all? I hope all are doing well. Lets explored the another day of my life.
Morning view
As per my daily schedule I woke up at 6 AM and refresh myself. After that I goes on morning walk with my dog John. I always enjoy walking with my dog as we did lot of enjoy while walking. Also the nature welcomes us by showing beautiful views in the morning .

After returning from the morning walk I ate banana and started my home workout. I did 60 pushups and 90 sit ups. Also did cardio exercise. I really glad to see my strength is improving day by day. After that I click selfie after the workout to track my progress.

After the workout I took cold water bath and had breakfast. In breakfast I ate Poha. Around 10 AM I started my office laptop and started working on reports. At 11 AM I had group meeting with my office team and there we discussed about on going task and difficulties.
At 1:30 PM I took a lunch break and had a lunch. In lunch I ate stuffed brinjal curry with roti and rice and also had pickle.
After the lunch I resume my development work.

At 4 PM I had tea and while drinking tea I called my girlfriend and talk with her. We always talked over phone whenever we get time. At 7 PM I logged out from my office system and goes on evening walk with my dog. After returning from walk I did my prayers and after that I talked with my girlfriend and after that I watch south Indian movie on YouTube while having a dinner. At 11 PM I goes to the bed and sleep. This is how I spend my day.
